Reporters are invited to attend a local budget briefing at NASA’s Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, Calif., with Center Director S. Pete Worden from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. PST on Tuesday, March 4, to discuss the impact of the agency’s fiscal year 2015 budget on Ames. Paul Agnew, Ames chief financial officer, will join Worden.

Earlier that day, NASA Administrator Charles Bolden will brief reporters about the agency’s fiscal year 2015 budget at 11 a.m. PST from Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md. NASA Chief Financial Officer Elizabeth Robinson and Goddard Center Director Chris Scolese will join Bolden.

The agency briefing will be carried live on NASA Television and the agency’s website. Questions will be taken from media in person at Goddard and remotely from NASA Headquarters and participating NASA centers, including Ames. Reporters may view the televised press conference at Ames in the main auditorium and ask questions of the participants via a phone link with Goddard. During the agency budget briefing, NASA will take as many questions as possible submitted via Twitter using the hashtag #askNASA.
