NASA Administrator Sean O’Keefe outlines the future
direction of the agency in a major address Friday, April 12,
at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs on the
campus of Syracuse University in New York.

The address is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. EDT at the Maxwell
School’s main auditorium and will be carried live by satellite
and webcast on the Internet by both Maxwell and NASA.

Following the Administrator’s remarks, a press briefing will
be held from 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. EDT in the Public Events Room
located at 200 Eggers Hall. Media representatives wishing to
cover the address and press conference are asked to contact
either Jill Leonhardt or Bob Jacobs.

Parking is limited. Reporters who cannot attend the press
event will be able to participate by telephone.

Administrator O’Keefe’s remarks will be available live by
satellite on Telstar 5, Ku Band, transponder 19. The satellite
can be found at 97 degrees West Longitude with vertical
polarization. The downlink frequency is 12053 MHz, with audio
at 6.2 MHz and 6.8 MHz.
