CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — Media are invited to a signing ceremony between NASA and the Economic Development Commission (EDC) of Florida’s Space Coast on Monday, Oct. 3, at 3:30 p.m. EDT. The event will take place at NASA Kennedy Space Center’s Press Site in Florida.

Kennedy and EDC leadership will sign an agreement that continues economic development cooperation between the two groups that supports NASA’s current and future missions and projects at the center. NASA and EDC officials will be available to answer questions after the signing. NASA and the EDC have been working together since 2005.

U.S. media who want to cover the event must apply by 5 p.m. Oct. 2. New international media accreditation for this event is closed. Credentials for this event can be picked up at the Kennedy Space Center Badging Office on State Road 405 starting at 10 a.m. Oct. 3. All accreditation requests need to be submitted online at: https://media.ksc.nasa.gov
