Jacobs
Engineering Group Inc. announced today that NASA’s Marshall
Space Flight Center (MSFC) has exercised a $44.8 million contract
option to extend the contract of a Jacobs subsidiary.

Under the contract, Jacobs continues to serve as the engineering,
science, and technical services contractor through fiscal year 2003.
Jacobs has supported MSFC since 1989.

In making the announcement, Jacobs President Craig Martin stated,
“We appreciate this opportunity to continue serving Marshall Space
Flight Center, NASA’s premier center for space propulsion. We remain
committed to providing exceptional value to NASA and its customers in
support of critical programs such as the International Space Station
and propulsion research & development for future interplanetary
missions.”

billion, provides technical, professional, and construction services
