On December 3, at 9am, the George C. Marshall Institute and the Space Enterprise Council will co-host a forum focusing on the creation and implementation of national space policy.
Convened under the auspices of the Institute’s Space Studies Program, an experts panel and a congressional panel will be taking a past, present, and future look at national space policy with an emphasis on lessons learned and their application for the implementation of the current space policy.
Confirmed panelists include:
* Paul Carliner, former Appropriations clerk, Senator Barbara Mikulski
* Rosie Rosenberg, Retired Air Force Maj. Gen., author of the Carter Administration space policy, former GM SAIC
* Mark Albrecht, former Executive Secretary, White House National Space Council, former President ILS
* John Logsdon, former Director, Space Policy Institute, current member of the NASA NAC
* Kari Bingen, current House Armed Services Committee Professional Staff
