Majority Leader McCarthy and Chairman Smith’s commercial space legislation will be considered on the House floor this afternoon at 5:10 PM ET.
Previous versions of the bill have passed both the House and Senate with overwhelming bipartisan support. If passed, the bill will go to the president’s desk to be signed into law. It provides much-needed guidance and regulatory certainty for America’s private space industry partners.
