Energia Press Release About the Change of launch date for the Progress M-43 cargo vehicle to the Mir station

Technical Management and Intergovernmental Board on the
Manned Mir Station made up a decision to update date and time for the
Progress M-43 vehicle to the station on October 15, 2000. The decision
is justified by more saving 4-days approach procedure between the vehicle
and the orbital station allowing to consume propellant on the cargo
vehicle in the most effective way and use saved propellant to continue
flight of the station.

Launch is scheduled for 1:27 Moscow Time, October 17,
2000.
