McLean, Va.-based Spacenet Inc., a subsidiary of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., said Jan. 11 that it had been selected to provide managed network services to over 7,000 Regis Corp. North America locations. Regis is a global leader in beauty salons, hair restoration centers and cosmetology schools with 12,900 corporate-owned or franchised locations worldwide.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Spacenet said in a press release that it would be providing its Prysm Pro network appliance to provide integrated support and management for Regis’ business communication infrastructure.
