Bryan R. Smith

Bryan R. Smith served as budget director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and held senior career positions at the White House Office of Management and Budget, the National Reconnaissance Office and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He is an independent consultant.
