Mr. Pemberton is a transformative and award-winning entrepreneurial media executive who generates impressive operations performance and development wins. Mr. Pemberton has worked in media for over 25 years. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at SpaceNews, and will continue in that role for MVM following the Exchange.

Mr. Pemberton has served in multiple leadership position including CEO at Pocket Outdoor Media and COO at Panache Cyclewear. Prior to Panache, Mr. Pemberton was General Manager of the cycling category at Competitor Group and Publisher of VeloNews, where he guided the publication to record sales and circulation performance and was responsible for radically growing the interactive business and diversifying brand revenues.

Mr. Pemberton has a proven track record of generating EBITDA growth for private equity, launching startups, merger integration, performing acquisitions, and leading turnaround strategies. Known for implementing successful go-to-market sales plans utilizing strong analytical and financial management skills.

In 2003, Mr. Pemberton founded Town Green Media where he launched and published the Ozzie and Eddie award-winning Wilton Magazine and lifestyle title, Entertaining Magazine, which he later sold to Morris Media. Prior to that, Andy was Vice President and Publisher at Online Inc. where he was the Publisher of EContent magazine, and the Event Director of Intranets Conference & Expo.

Mr. Pemberton has held media-related positions including CEO, General Manager, Group Vice President, Exposition Director, Director of Sales and Marketing, Advertising Director, and Sales Manager. He began his career after college working in television sports production where he earned a television Emmy award for his production work with ESPN on the 1992 America’s Cup yacht race. Pemberton holds a B.A. in History from Hobart College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Pemberton is an avid mountaineer and adventure athlete. He recently summited Ama Dablam, a 6,812m peak located in the Khumbu region of Nepal and competed in the 10-day Patagonia Expedition Race. Andy has completed multiple Ironman triathlons and was a Race Across America (RAAM) finisher as a member of team CT Challenge.
