The National Space Club and Foundation announced today that it will hold an outdoor event at the Washington Nationals Ballpark to honor the 2020 and 2021 National Space Club Awardees. The 64thAnnual Dr. Robert H Goddard Memorial Awards Reception will be held on Friday, October 22nd from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
This special outdoor event will bring together experts from across the aerospace and defense industry, government and academia, but attendance will be limited to approximately 1,000 guests. During this event, awards will be presented to several exceptional individuals for their accomplishments in spaceflight, engineering, science, management and education.
The National Space Club and Foundation is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our members and guests who will be attending this event. We will follow all Federal and District of Columbia protocols.
The registration fees paid to attend the 64th Annual Goddard Dinner that was scheduled for September 17, 2021, can be used toward the registration for this newly scheduled event, pending ticket availability. Registration fees can also be transferred to the 2022 Goddard Dinner, scheduled for March 18 2022.
