REI Systems (REI) announced today that it has been awarded the Agency-Wide Technical and Advisory Support Services (A-TASS) contract with NASA. REI won its first contract with NASA in June, 1989, and the A-TASS contract win marks REI’s 27th year supporting the NASA initiative.

Under this five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, REI will provide NASA with system operations and management for data management and analysis support, program operational support and system development, modernization, and enhancements. REI will also provide communication and outreach support, security and system administration, data analytics, public website support, and helpdesk support.

“It is an honor to continue our partnership with NASA on A-TASS,” said Shyam Salona, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of REI. “Twenty-seven years after our first partnership, REI continues to serve our customers with innovative, cost-effective, and state-of-the-art solutions. Delighting our customers—not simply completing tasks—is our top priority at REI, and we are proud to continue serving NASA on the same Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program that launched REI years ago.”

Since REI’s first contract with NASA in 1989, the company has continued to strengthen its relationship with the agency and has expanded to support a broad range of Federal Agencies, State and Local Governments, and private sector companies.
