Ed Swallow has assumed the role of vice president for Civil and Commercial Operations, replacing Randy Kendall. Swallow is responsible for more than $100 million in annual revenue from civil and commercial business. He leads efforts for ongoing programs and developing new business for the corporation. Key customers include the NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and a wide number of other civil and commercial organizations in the United States and overseas. In addition to his responsibilities in Civil and Commercial Operations, Swallow is corporate director of government relations.
Kendall has assumed the role of vice president of Special Studies reporting to Ray Johnson, vice president of Space Launch Operations. Kendall is slated to assume Johnson’s position when he retires in June.
