The Aerospace Corporation is ranked 15th on the Woman Engineer Magazine’s Top 50 Employers list and selected in Winds of Change Magazine’s Top 50 Best Science, Technology, Education and Math (STEM) Workplaces list.

The readers of Woman Engineer Magazine selected the top companies in the country for which they would most like to work or who they believe would provide a positive working environment for women engineers. The list is the result of an annual reader survey mailed to randomly selected readers of Woman Engineer Magazine. The Aerospace Corporation was ranked 23rd on last year’s list.
Winds of Change Magazine asked companies to complete surveys designed to demonstrate their overall diversity recruitment efforts and/or indicate that they were included in at least one published list from two different sources that recognize top firms dedicated to diversity recruiting within the past year. In addition, companies had to have been actively recruiting for occupations within STEM fields and have specifically recruited within Native American and Alaska Native audiences within the past two years. This is the first Top 50 Best STEM Workplaces list for Winds of Change magazine.
The Aerospace Corporation, based in El Segundo, Calif., is a nonprofit company with almost 4,000 employees and operates a federally funded research and development center that provides technical guidance and advice on all aspects of space missions to military, civil and commercial customers to assure space mission success.
