ASRC Management Services announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide engineering services to NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md. The Multi-Disciplinary Engineering and Technology Services II contract has a maximum value of $250 million.

ASRC Management Services will perform tasks supporting the formulation, design, development, flight and non-flight fabrication, integration, testing, verification and operations of spaceflight and ground system hardware and software. In support of Goddard’s Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate, the ASRC Management Services team will develop and validate new technologies for future space and science missions.

The five-year contract will provide continued or new employment for about 200 people. Work on the contract begins August 23 and will be performed at Goddard and ASRC Management Services facilities in Greenbelt.
