Deborah Urbanski has been appointed director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. Urbanski brings years of experience in mediation and law to her new position where she will oversee policies and regulations that impact JSC’s employment and diversity management.
Urbanski graduated from the University of Texas in 1983 and South Texas College of Law in 1992. She is licensed by the State Bar of Texas. She is a frequent speaker on dispute resolution topics and regularly directs courses in conflict resolution, negotiation and related topics for mediators, government, schools and business.
