HOUSTON — The two NASA astronauts aboard the International Space Station joined millions of Americans Monday in casting their ballots before Election Day. Expedition 18 Commander E. Michael Fincke and Flight Engineer Greg Chamitoff also took time to record a new message urging Americans to exercise their right to vote.
