CLEVELAND-Media representatives are invited to NASA’s Glenn Research Center, on Monday, June 16, to participate in a post-flight briefing by astronaut Mike Foreman.

Foreman, whose hometown is Wadsworth, graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1975, the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He is a captain with the U.S. Navy.

The post-flight briefing with video highlights of the STS-123 mission and question/answer session for Glenn employees will take place at 1 p.m. in the Administration Building Auditorium.

Foreman will be available to speak with the media immediately following the briefing from 2 – 2:30 p.m.

One of seven crew members on the last completed shuttle mission, designated STS-123, Foreman returned home to Earth on March 26 after a 16-day journey in space. During the mission, Endeavor delivered the Japanese Experiment Logistics Module, which was installed on the International Space Station. While on the space station, Foreman performed three space walks, one of which included a heat shield repair material demonstration
