TASC Inc. of Chantilly, Va., announced June 3 it had acquired cybersecurity and data analytics firm TexelTek for an undisclosed amount.
TASC provides advisory and technical services to the U.S. government for national security space programs such as the Air Force’s Space Based Infrared System. The deal to acquire Annapolis Junction, Md.-based TexelTek closed June 2, TASC spokeswoman Christine Bragale said.
Bragale declined to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
TexelTek specializes in cloud computing and network consolidation and visualization, and has facilities in Florida, Colorado, Hawaii and overseas, the press release said.
