SpaceDev, Inc. announced that it won the Poway Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year Award for 2006. This award recognizes SpaceDev for bringing increased recognition to the community of Poway, and its contributions to local community events and services. The award was accompanied by a Certificate of Special Recognition from Congressman Duncan Hunter.

The award was presented to SpaceDev on January 20, 2007 at Poway’s Evening with the Stars Awards Gala. “We greatly appreciate the support that the City of Poway has given us over the years.
