SPACEHAB, Incorporated, a leading provider of commercial space services, announced today, at the continuation of a special meeting of shareholders held this morning, that the Company’s shareholders approved an increase in the number of shares of common stock to 70,000,000 which the Company shall have authority to issue. The proposition was approved by a majority of the common and preferred stock outstanding, each voting separately.
