NASA Administrator Sean O’Keefe will be joined by NASA Ames
Center Director Scott Hubbard, who was assigned to the Columbia
Accident Investigation Board immediately following the tragic
accident and played an integral role in the investigation.

Hubbard will share his observations of the 6-month investigation,
and you’ll get additional insight into NASA’s “Return to Flight”
efforts from Administrator O’Keefe. Plus, you’ll have the
