There are less than six weeks remaining of the public consultation process on the draft UK Space Strategy.
The draft strategy was released on 22 January. Since then BNSC has received a substantial quantity of public input representing a wide range of interests and opinions, and expects to receive more feedback during the final six weeks of the consultation period. All comments will be considered carefully and will feed into future drafts of the document.
As part of the consultation process, BNSC held on 11 March a public event in the magnificent Octagon Room of Queen Mary, University of London. The meeting was well attended and a series of challenging and insightful presentations by representatives of the UK space community set the background for lively and thought-provoking debate.
