Crew members of the Space Shuttle Discovery STS-102 mission – that
carried Expedition Two crew and contents of the Leonardo Multi-Purpose
Logistics Module to the International Space Station and returned Expedition
One crew to Earth – will visit NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in
Huntsville, Ala.
When: Thursday, June 14
During their visit with NASA and contractor employees, the crew will:
10:30 -11:30 a.m. – Show a video and talk about their mission
11:30 a.m. – noon – Sign autographs
1 – 3 p.m. – Present “Silver Snoopy” awards
The crew will present “Silver Snoopy” awards to Marshall employees who
contributed to the success of the Space Shuttle or International Space
Station programs.
