NOTICE TEXT: NASA has completed an extensive review of the International Space Station (ISS) Propulsion Module requirements and the decision has been made not to solicit competitive proposals. The reviews included technical assessments, business considerations, and schedule constraints that resulted in a solution for which industry competition is not in the Government’s best interest.
