Mr. McCloskey will serve as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Multiverse Media. Mr. McCloskey has over 35 years’ experience in law, finance, asset management and company operations. Mr. McCloskey joined Multiverse Media in April 2023, as General Counsel. His prior experience includes serving as an executive officer in investment banking, business development companies, technology, banking, real estate, energy exploration and development and other companies. Mr. McCloskey has extensive experience in managing private equity portfolios and mergers and acquisitions, Mr. McCloskey graduated from the Dickinson School of Law and La Salle University.
