Walker has accepted the position of Director of New Business Development responsible for capturing National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) related business for the company.

Walker’s is an accredited member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Management Institute. He has held senior executive positions at a number of highly regarded government contracting firms including ARINC Incorporated and Serco Group, Inc where he was Executive Vice President of Business Development for the company’s North American business unit. As a business development consultant working independently and through companies such as Shipley Associates, Michael has been Capture Manager and/or Proposal Manager on critical ‘must-win’ proposals for a broad range of technical and support services to many different government agencies both in the US and abroad.
