Beltsville, MD, Sept. 30, 2014 – NASA Goddard Space Flight Center has selected ASRC Federal Space and Defense for the Wallops Engineering Services Contract. The five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a maximum value of approximately $45 million. ASRC Federal Space and Defense will provide a wide range of engineering and technical support services for NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility, located on Virginia’s eastern shore.

Programs supported under WESC include sounding rockets, research balloons, unmanned aerial systems and satellite launches. Support includes systems, electrical, mechanical and software engineering; technology development; guidance, navigation and control systems; metrology; and project management.
