The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) has elected three new members to its board of directors: Stacy Fuller of DirecTV as chairwoman, Jennifer A. Manner of EchoStar as vice chairwoman and Patricia Cooper of Intelsat as treasurer.

Fuller is vice president of regulatory affairs at DirecTV. She has worked at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as well as at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Discovery Communications; Alston & Bird; and Wiley, Rein & Fielding.

Manner is vice president of regulatory affairs at EchoStar and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center. She also served in high-level positions at the FCC, Skyterra Communications (now LightSquared), and MCI WorldCom.

Cooper is vice president of government affairs and policy at Intelsat. Before Intelsat, she was president of the SIA from 2007 to 2014, as well as holding senior positions at the FCC, Core Express Corp. and PanAmSat Corp.
